I Promise I will stop posting about Sam after this.......

Woo Hoo, Sam's examination has shown that his lymph nodes are NORMAL YEEHA.  The vet said we could do one more test if we wanted to make absolutely sure, its a biopsy, but it's a very specialised technique, they can't do it, we would have to go to Limoges, its very stressful for the dog and very painful.......we said no.  Sam has not shown any symptoms through out all of this, he has been his usual happy little self, eating and drinking as normal, we think he has gone through enough for now so, unless he shows any signs of the cancer returning we are leaving well alone.  Now to get back to a normal life.  Thank you all so much for your support whilst we have gone through this, our dogs are like the children we never had, we love them to bits and  can't bear the thought of them being in any pain.

I promise from now on this blog will get back on track and I will be showing off my quilting!!

Lots of Hugs to all my lovely friends

Oh, Linda!!! Wonderful news, I'm so relieved and happy for you and Sam. Bless his heart, I would have said no to the test too. I think you have all been through plenty for now. Sam has suffered enough indignity and pain, he just needs to be happy and playful now. Maybe get into some mischief just for fun, LOL. As for posting about you pets and other things in your life. You have to remember that even though you think of it as a quilting blog, we get to know our online friends through their posts and comments. We love hearing about other things going on in your life too, though we really LOVE to see new projects and talk quilting too. So, as far as I'm concerned, no worries about the posting...just show us your beautiful projects and post whats in your heart. OH, I'm so happy for you and Sam I would do a happy dance if I wouldn't trip over my cane, LOL.
Big Hugs....

That's wonderful! Good Old Sam! Keep going and enjoy the good life.
Please do not stop posting about your pets! They are part of your life and you love and enjoy their daily mischief probably as much or even more than quilting.
I, for one would love to read about the 'Lady of the Manor' oops - Castle? - House?

Happy dance, happy dance, la, la, la.

I am so pleased for both of you and for Sam. As for thinking you should only post about quilting, that's just not so. We all become friends through our blogs and want to share our thoughts, happiness and sadness.

I'm so glad to hear that Sam is cancer free. I'm also glad that you kept us posted on your furry little friend's health. Our pups are all so precious to us. Give Sam and lick from Weasley and Snickerdoodle :)
